Delete Your Replaner Account

At Replaner, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account using any of the following methods:

Option 1: From the App

1. Open the Replaner app
2. Go to Profile / Settings
3. Tap on "Delete Account"
4. Confirm your request

Option 2: Request via Email

Send an email to: support@replaner.in
Subject: Account Deletion Request

Include:

• Your registered phone number
• Your name

What Happens After You Request Deletion

Once we receive your request:

• Your account will be permanently deleted
• Your personal information will be removed from our systems
• You will no longer be able to access your account

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address (if provided)
• Profile information
• Saved addresses
• Booking history

Data That May Be Retained

We may retain certain data for legal or operational purposes:

• Transaction records (for legal compliance)
• Anonymous usage data (for analytics)

Data Retention Period

• Account deletion is processed within 7 days
• Backup data may be retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion
