Summary: Replaner connects individuals, housing societies, and businesses with verified independent scrap dealers. By accessing our website, mobile application, or scheduling a pickup, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About the Platform

Replaner provides a digital technology platform facilitating doorstep scrap collection, recycling, and transparent scrap valuation. Replaner acts as a marketplace intermediary connecting users ("Sellers") with verified independent scrap collectors and dealers ("Dealers").

2. User Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to use Replaner.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and booking.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities occurring under your account.

3. Scrap Pickup & Valuation Process

3.1 Booking & Scheduling

Users may schedule scrap pickups by specifying scrap categories, approximate quantities, address, and a preferred time window. Dealers are assigned based on locality and availability.

3.2 Doorstep Weighing & Inspection

All scrap materials are physically inspected and weighed at your doorstep using electronic or certified digital weighing scales. Rates displayed on the website or mobile application are indicative baseline estimates and may adjust according to actual material purity, contamination, segregation, and real-time market fluctuations.

3.3 Acceptance & Settlement

Both the Seller and Dealer must agree on the final weight and price prior to material transfer. Payment is disbursed immediately on the spot via Cash or Instant UPI / digital transfer.

4. Prohibited Materials

Sellers agree NOT to offer any of the following items for pickup:

Stolen property or items obtained through unauthorized means.
Hazardous, bio-medical, toxic, explosive, radioactive, or corrosive materials.
Pressurized gas cylinders without proper decommissioning certification.
Municipal public property (street signs, manhole covers, railway property, utilities equipment).
Ammunition, firearms, or illegal contraband under Indian law.

Dealers and Replaner reserve the absolute right to refuse collection of any suspicious or hazardous material and report infractions to competent authorities.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Pickups can be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty prior to the Dealer's arrival at your premises. We request timely notice if you are unable to fulfill an appointment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, visual designs, software code, and graphics on Replaner are the exclusive intellectual property of Replaner. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

While Replaner conducts verification and identity checks on participating Dealers, Dealers operate as independent service professionals. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Replaner shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from doorstep interactions, price negotiations, or service delays.

8. Modifications to Terms

Replaner reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our website or mobile applications after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
